Yoga and somatic practices are an invitation to connect to a greater source that moves us into direct relationship with the Universal flow.
Our breath is where we start to bring ourselves out of our complexities into the beautiful simplicity of the moment.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy gently unwinds the nervous system's compression patterns into flow and ease. When living from hyper vigilance we are trying to "manage" ourselves from feeling exhausted and uninspired. We can move beyond our apparent limitations into an endless reservoir of vitality rooted in presence and health.
Discover how to re-connect to a deeper intelligence that anchors us into the present moment. Through presence, inspired breath and movement we can create and navigate new neural pathways to set a course through positive sensations rather than pain. Consciously opening our body following pleasure, allows the release of stress, trauma and rigidity to be resolved. Move froward from a place of inspiration and true connection.
Mindful movement can circulate what is stagnant, open what is closed and surface what is buried. Moving from inspiration transforms, heals and creates rich new neural pathways of possibilities.
The idea of “being in control” is relinquished as we surrender into our natural flow; breaking the patterns of hyper vigilance, conformity and conditioning. We have forgotten the bliss of a stretch, it has become the means to an end, rather than the opening of information that deliciously leads us deeper into the well of creativity and connection.
We start by slowing down, softening and allowing the opening in our bodies. From there the true inner wisdom finds its flow and being in the body again. We begin the re-entry, integrating our forgotten parts, offering our identity, pain and story as fuel to further our journey back to wholeness. The body/mind’s natural healing system comes on when we open to feeling; de-conditioning from our patterns and habitual ways and returning back to the origins of presence and peace. Yoga, meditation, and mindful movement brings our attention back to this moment , liberating what has been bound, compressed and frozen.
Lisa uses her gifts and skills to encourage the body/mind to open to its natural flow.

Gently I release,
With space I move beyond.
It is all in love that the mind comes into balance
With a soft touch, a simple prayer, an inner smile
The mind acquiesces
Allowing it to flow, knowing it
Comes from nowhere
And returns to nowhere
The mind is centered and returns to silence.

When old ways can no longer exist, creating a new context
Is being summoned
Open yourself, become the fluid consciousness and
Find the boundlessness of your Being
Slowly move
Breathe
And
Let go into a new
Wave of Life

If the body is held as a concept it eclipses the awareness from a direct and present experience of
feeling,
touching
and seeing
When not labeled, or held in imagination, the “body" is but an
oozing orchestration of this present moment
always changing,
luminous and alive
not separate from the environment;
interactive particles of nowness

Menopause has been an ignition of turning the outside in
The death of decay and flowering of presence.
Back to earthly basics: hunting wild boars, cooking bones and waiting patiently for what’s real
In the mean time I dance this messy dance in the dream time~
LC
In slowing down into awareness,
we begin to see the insanity and the compulsion
of not living in the moment.
In not being present we loose connection to healthy feelings that act as
an inner guidance system
Once we loose our connection to our inner guidance system there is a
disconnect that allows the
creation of an identity that relates to conceptual collective reality
Living a conceptual collective reality depletes us and distorts our choices and actions
When depleted we fall into a mechanical existence which
lives out the fantasy of separation
From there, it takes a strong, yet fluid practice to come back
into balance and to recognize when we are
lost in the illusion
LC
As we slow down
it is possible to bring into focus
the places that fantasy has taken hold,
and realize these fantasies are not
anchored in sustenance,
which in turn allows for the dropping
into the
core for true nourishment to be received
